Cancellation Policy
Bite n Sip allows you to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.
Here's how to cancel your order:
Inform Bite n Sip of your decision by email at connect@bitensipglobal.com. Be clear that you want to cancel your order.
Bite n Sip will then:
Refund you using the same payment method you used for the order within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.
Not charge you any fees for the cancellation or refund.
Please note that to be eligible for a full refund, your returned items must meet the following conditions:
The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.
The goods are in the original packaging.
The following items cannot be returned for a refund:
Items made to your specifications or personalized.
Items that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (e.g., unsealed food items).
Items that are not suitable for return due to their nature (e.g., perishable items).
Bite n Sip reserves the right to refuse returns of any items that does not meet the above conditions.
Who is responsible for return costs?
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Bite n Sip's address: 80 Feet Road, Ram Nagar, Anantapur, 515001.
Bite n Sip recommends using an insured and trackable mail service, as they cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
What about gifts?
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
