ANANTAPUR'S MOST-LOVED FOOD BRAND

From a

Village

Boy to Anantapur's Brand.

— the story of bite n sip

This isn't a startup story with investors and perfect plans. This is a story of a middle-class boy from village who failed six times, faced debts, family pressure and betrayal — and still never gave up.

"I came from Vepakunta village to Anantapur for education. I was never interested in jobs — always in business. But I had no money, no idea, no guidance. I failed six times. Internet café. Clothing shop. Financial business. Game centre. Chit funds. And then a food franchise where the staff treated me like a disposable & the company told me to 'just adjust.'

Every business I started was built on loans. Every failure added more debt. My family pushed me to quit and get a job. But I made one last decision — No more new businesses. This one has to work.

I started in less than 100 sq.ft with just 4 items. No chef knowledge. No food background. Just obsession and a refusal to stop. I got cheated by developers, cheated by designers. So I learned to build websites myself. Learned graphic design myself. When workers kept leaving, I ran the store alone — full time every single day.

Today, Bite n Sip has a flagship outlet Anantapur knows by name. From maximum debt to a menu that covers every craving. From zero knowledge to building everything myself — the recipes, the website, the brand. Fully customisable shawarmas, sleepless nights, and a stubbornness that refused to quit. This is what 'never give up' looks like. And we're just getting started."

100% Fresh. Always.

Bold, Honest Flavour

Never Give Up

Built for Everyone

No readymade. No frozen. No premixes. Every roti, every sauce, every marinade — freshly made in-house every single day.

From classic chicken to the legendary Suicide Shawarma — every recipe went through countless trials to earn its place on the menu.

Six failed businesses, family pressure, debts, betrayals — none of it stopped us. That resilience is baked into everything we do.

A middle-class founder who knows what value means. Quality food that doesn't ask you to choose between taste and affordability.

  • Before 2021

Six Failures & A Final Decision

Internet café. Clothing shop. Financial business. Game centre. Chit funds. A failed food franchise where staff treated Rahul like a disposable. Every venture built on loans. Every one collapsed. Deep in debt, facing family pressure to quit — he made a final decision: one last business.

  • 2021

The First Step — Under 100 sq.ft

Opened a tiny food outlet under 100 sq.ft in Anantapur under a different name with just 4 shawarma varieties. No chef background, no food knowledge — just determination. Six months in, a dispute & forced to a move to a new location that struggled badly.

  • 2022

Bite n Sip is Born — 150 sq.ft

Relocated to a new area. Opened a 150 sq.ft outlet with 6-member seating under the official Bite n Sip name. Began the endless process of recipe trials — adding, removing, simplifying. Target: reduce dependency on skilled chefs. By end of 2022, Anantapur customers knew the name. Franchise enquiries started arriving — from a 150 sq.ft outlet with nothing else to show.

  • 2023

Franchise Lessons Learned.

Milkshakes and Thick shakes launched. Two franchise outlets opened in Anantapur — both eventually closed, one due to hygiene violations caught and shut personally, one due to partnership issues. Meanwhile, a developer cheated him and stole the bitensip.in domain. Instead of giving up, Rahul taught himself web development and graphic design — and began handling everything himself.

  • 2024

Solo. Relentless. Building.

Fries, Snacks and Bowls launched. bitensipglobal.com went live — built by Rahul himself. After repeated mistakes by staff, he removed all workers and ran the outlet entirely alone. Every order. Every day. The Suicide Shawarma concept was born during this period. Recipes were perfected to near zero skill dependency.

  • 2025

The Outlet Opens

A flagship outlet launched in Anantapur. Suicide Shawarma officially launched. Desserts added. Full shawarma customisation introduced — choose your shawarma, type, mayo level, and flavour.

  • 2026

Menu Grows. Scale Begins.

Shawarmas new sizes introduced. Cold coffee, Mojitos, Lemonades, Ice Tea and Hot Chocolate launched. Bite n Sip now carries 99+ menu items. The foundation is solid. The mission now: scale across India.
